Faulty-Damaged product
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product or a product that is not identical to our description, you should notify us in writing on info@selective.shop or on our phone number USA +1 (603) 892 9993, UAE +971 505 82 81 87, or Lebanon +961 81 015 888, within 2 days of delivery and provide us with the following information:
We will be more than happy to offer you a refund if the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Once we have received the goods back we will verify the fault and provide full refund.
Wrong item(s) delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us in writing to info@selective.shop or on our phone number USA +1 (603) 892 9993, UAE +971 505 82 81 87, or Lebanon +961 81 015 888 within 2 days.
The goods should be returned to us in line with the returns instructions that we will share with you.
We will be more than happy to offer you a refund if the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund, we'll issue you a complete refund for the amount you are entitled to (excluding any shipping and handling charges) within 10 business days of Selective receiving your item. We aim to action all eligible refunds within 10 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
Note
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the receipt when a faulty item is returned and for items which is in good condition upon delivery.
